    What kind of services do you offer? We primarily provide real-person metaphysical consultations, including birth chart analysis, divination, and personalized guidance. Our team personally reviews your information and sends detailed responses via email or social platforms. An AI-powered app named “Master Yao” is currently in development and will be offered as a supplementary service.

    What information do I need to provide? Please provide your full date and time of birth, birthplace (city and country), and your questions or areas of concern. This information is used solely for personalized service and will never be shared externally.

    What is the order and delivery Process? After placing your order and making payment, please contact us via social media to schedule a consultation with our professional advisor. Our consultant will proactively reach out to you within two business days to arrange an appointment. If the suggested time is inconvenient, you may request to reschedule—appointments can be made for any available slot within the next three months. Your personalized analysis will be delivered via email or another designated channel after the consultation.

    Is this service automated? No. All consultations are manually handled by an experienced consultant. The upcoming “Master Yao” app will provide AI-based automated readings as an optional tool.

    Do you offer refunds? Digital services (consultations): Due to the personalized nature, we do not offer refunds once a reading has begun. Physical items (e.g. jewelry, talismans): Refunds are available within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and returned in its original condition.

    Do you ship physical products? Not at the moment. However, we plan to offer selected metaphysical accessories in the near future. Shipping timelines and return policy will be updated accordingly.
