Services Provided: We primarily provide personalized fortune telling, astrology readings, I Ching (Book of Changes) interpretation, and related digital services. All services are currently delivered online. Physical products such as lucky bracelets and charms will be available soon.
使用資格：使用者須年滿 18 歲或獲得法定監護人同意。
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use our services.
付款：所有費用須於使用前支付，幣別預設為港幣（HKD），本公司保留調整價格權利。
Payment: All payments are to be made in advance via the payment methods available on our website. Prices are stated in HKD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
服務交付：支付後通常於 5 個工作天內完成，特殊產品另有說明除外。
Delivery of Service: Services are typically delivered within 5 working days after payment is received, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
退款政策：諮詢及數位服務因具個人化特性，服務交付後恕不退款。實體商品（如轉運手鏈等）可於收貨後七日內申請退貨退款，商品需保持全新未使用狀態。如有異常，請於 48 小時內聯絡我們。
Refund Policy: Consultation and digital services are non-refundable due to their personalized nature. For physical goods (such as bracelets), you may request a return and refund within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in original condition. If any issue occurs, please contact us within 48 hours.
