At Qantro Group Limited, virtual consultations and personalized digital services (such as metaphysics readings or custom reports) are non-refundable once the service has commenced or been delivered. For physical products (such as bracelets), returns and refunds can be requested within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
